You’re not upset with her… you’re upset because you want to be doing what she’s doing, but you haven’t had the energy, discipline, or mindset to start yet. And that’s okay. Just be real with yourself. Seeing another woman glow up shouldn’t make you bitter !!!! it should push you. This is your sign to pour into YOU. Start small. Move your body. Clean your face.
