Bottom line is North Dallas is booming, more Fortune 500 companies continue to re-locate there and population continues to increase - much of it is relatively affluent.

I’d counter that this will make it easier for the rapidly growing populations north of LBJ to attend games. The area is still booming with growth in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen. Demand will most likely grow.
