Write 25 chapters in my WIP (should be enough to finish drafting)

Enter 50 short story contests (and win a few)

Obtain 100 rejections (forces me to write & submit)

Ambitious, but doable.

My friend asked for a glass of lemonade and a shot of vodka on the side.
Bartender: That will be $4.50. $2 for the lemonade, $2.50 for the shot.

Received a pair of rejections yesterday. Finally starting to hear back from a few magazines. I should be getting several more decisions in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed 🤞
