@wydna777 I still can't believe that the Ossian Poems are now just easy to order new printings of on Amazon and stuff, same with the kind of hodge-podged "restoration" of Sidney's Arcadia ed. Ross & Davis. I spent ages trying to get OET editions of the Arcadias. Need to go relisten to this

@wydna777 So much of that stuff was done with a brush, and it was just beautiful. I could stare into those strips for hours as a kid. Setting up gags and telling these little fragments in weekly dispatches was very Schlegelian and Novalic

@wydna777 Increasingly, more and more of my reading and studying is done on my computer screen or just my phone. That's what my life has adjusted to. Part of me had always thought that people would want to read the books with me one day, that my kids would be able to have any book on hand.

@wydna777 I've studied them all and love them and know them like the back of my hand. I have scanned the most precious and rare, inaccessible ones. Others, I have digital copies of. I have binders and notebooks filled with notes. It feels like having them physically is all for nothing.
