(1/2)Ngl, my ego is pretty bruised. My health has been rough this year and was in the hospital for days last week and had to get admitted again to the ICU this week (which I’m finally home from) but not one of the close online friends said a word(1/2)

(2/2) even the mutual irl friends the bf and I have together didn’t reach out to me or ask to visit. I’m slowly realizing that I genuinely have no friends. Bf was supportive, but even then just..idk. It’s just a tough thing to swallow
