Housing and healthcare is growing on the supply side due to over a million of illegals leaving the country, voluntarily or otherwise. Consumer prices are affected by the price of diesel and that is temporary. Aid to farmers have been in place since 1933 and it's not changed significantly over time, and supply/tourism is subjective. The total amount is not indicative of the individual participants. Anything else?
