Lisa Cook’s preliminary “loan estimate” from May 2021 is not the binding mortgage agreement she signed in July 2021. The binding document—what she signed and swore to—said: “Borrower shall occupy, establish, and use the Property as Borrower’s principal residence … for at least one year … unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing.”

There is no agreement that the lender otherwise agreed to! It sure as heck isn’t a “loan estimate from 2 months beforehand.

This is clear cut.

Confusing a loan estimate with a loan agreement is like saying shoplifting doesn’t count because it was on your shopping list. The estimate is just a preview—the fraud happens when you sign and swear to the contract, which is what Lisa Cook did and not once denied.

She can explain it to the jury. In the meantime, someone criminally referred to the DOJ for mortgage fraud cannot remain on the Federal Reserve.
