HALVAH: Stir 2c sugar, vanilla bean's seeds, zest of lemon to dissolve on MED. Simmer to 245F. In mixer, beat 1.5c tahini, pinch salt. Stream in syrup. Beat 30s. Into parchment-lined 8x8 pan. Cover with parchment. Cool.
