@AdobeCare Hi. I have problems with my after effects where some frames glitches out. I have had this same problem with my old pc, the pc I rented and the one I have now. Theres nothing wrong with the footage. Why is this happening?

@AdobeCare No all/most file types. I use normal documents to store the files I use. Also software only doesn’t help at all

@AdobeCare My premiere doesnt let me play and the preview window is glitched out and frozen. I can open a new project but after a while the same thing happens eventually to every single one of my projects. Just got a new expensive computer so I dont think thats the problem.

@AdobeCare Yes a green hue but most of the times it just says «media pending». Premiere takes 27% ram 1600mb and 11% of the gpu since I have it on gpu acceleration

@AdobeCare Here is the project after I left it opened for 10 minutes. The video turned green for some reason and the preview is frozen. This can't be a normal issue cause it's so weird.

@AdobeCare Since Premiere works at first, I used it to export every single video and import it to a project using only Premiere rendered files, but it still stops working after a while or when I close and open the project.

@AdobeCare actually render in to out did work on some projects but once I do any changes, it just goes back to being frozen so I have to render in to out every single move I do

@AdobeCare It happens to most/all projects. When I open a new project and import the broken one, everything seems to work again. But then after some time that project stops working as well. Then I have to import that to a new one and just keep repeating until I’m done. Really frustrating
