Every time I watch this I love it more. But you really have to listen to the lyrics.
The very real feeling of being on a precipice, as a nation, mixed with the wild optimism of the American spirit and post-war era nostalgia…it’s perfect. It’s moving as hell. It’s so perfectly Gen-X and older Millennial coded. It actually got me choked up.
@heavypulp is a creative genius. Huge respect.
Watch the moment a shelter volunteer scans a stray dog's microchip, only to realize the database is showing her own name. It was her long-lost pup... The pure shock and tears say it all 🥺💔
@Victoria00025 I am totally for it!!! I am an American and I can’t get assistance.. so why should I they come here illegally and get all the benefits… it just isn’t right!
Shelter security tootage from kennel 7, captured at 3:47 AM. His name is Teddy.
He's 8 weeks old. He was found in a cardboard box on the side of the highway with his siblings - he was the only one who survived.
When he arrived at the shelter, he wouldn't stop crying for his mother. A volunteer gave him an old donated teddy bear. He hasn't let go of it since.
Every night, the camera catches him doing the same thing - checking she's still there, nuzzling into her chest, licking her face. He thinks the bear is his mother.
Nobody has the heart to tell him otherwise.
If Teddy moved you, please share him.
Somewhere out there is the family he's bern waiting for…
Shelter security footage from kennel 4. They call him Ghost he's been waiting for a home for 7 months. Honey arrived three days ago, too weak to stand, too scared to eat.
The volunteers put them together that night. The camera caught what happened next.
