@dsmilkov Sorry to bother you here but it's about the python Claude Agent SDK. Since your commit about anyio the CI is broken and now it's been a week with no updates with a recent bundled CLI, and we need at least 2.1.156 to have it work without bug with Opus 4.8... 🙏

@JulesMandoX I have the same problem (and I know someone else who's having the same issue). Only one of my sessions is causing the spike in extra usage, a Sonnet 4.6 session (with Fast Mode not enabled, I checked). I don't have the issue with other Sonnet or Opus sessions.
