No idea. Can only guess: Once you start making self-glory songs about guns and violence and get adulation for it, you start to think of yourself as a gangsta, the same as Western hip-hop culture. Then your friend circle expands, and real-life gangs become a part of it. In their company, you feel even more powerful. Then you start showing off that power without realizing that the biggest drawback of flexing as a gang member is inviting gang rivalry upon yourself. He was threatened. He decided to retaliate against it. So he made videos and showed off his gun and gave a message that he is ready. But in his subconscious mind, he was scared too, and rightfully so because he was not a real gangster but pretending to be one. So he took police protection and even joined politics, perhaps fought elections too. He wanted to be safe. One fine day, that security cover was removed, and he too took things lightly, and a rival gang attacked. So, to summarize, he was kiIIed in a gang rivalry.
