[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

@arrivanorthwest why can't you accommodate half term with more buses? Do a full days work and watch the bus driver past because it's to full

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

Have the X1 sapphire bus timetable changed? The same times online/app. Seem to be about 20 minutes late every morning..@arrivanorthwest ? 😞

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

@O2 this was processed on 16 October and was only out through on 29 October..

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

@O2 direct debit? Being processed through a BACS

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

£600 taken out my bank without notice from @O2 been waiting over 10 days for a refund, what is the correct refund policy?? #fuming 😠😤

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

@arrivanorthwest for once I'm not on about the buses being late.

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

Are there never any issues with @arrivanorthwest buses? Happy Friday ay? 😠😠

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

@arrivanorthwest if there was a few more buses at the times which are needed such as between rush hour AM/PM, it's be a better service.

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

Why have the X1 when you can't even do the service correctly or carry on when late??????? @arrivanorthwest.

[Toni Wilkinson @twilko92]

The X1 Arriva service is such a joke. 😠 #shitservice @arrivanorthwest
