최근 멤버 건일과 관련된 사안에 대해 당사는 상황의 엄중함을 깊이 인지하고 아티스트와 다각도로 충분한 논의를 거쳤습니다. 그 결과, 더 이상 팀 활동을 함께하기 어렵다고 판단하여 상호 합의하에 전속 계약을 해지하기로 하였습니다.

이에 건일은 금일부로 Xdinary Heroes를 탈퇴하고 팀 활동을 마무리하게 되었음을 알려드립니다.

갑작스러운 소식으로 팬 여러분께 심려를 끼쳐드린 점 진심으로 사과드립니다.

향후 Xdinary Heroes는 5인 체제로 활동을 이어갈 예정입니다. 당사는 멤버들이 안정적으로 음악 활동에 전념할 수 있도록 다방면에서 아낌없는 지원을 다하겠습니다.

it should be a requirement if a company debuts an artist and for any reason at all they can no longer support said artist (bad finances, staff issues etc) they should be made to tell the fans hey this group is no longer gonna be together in the same capacity instead of ghosting

the amount of silent disbandments/ ghostings i've experienced in 10+ years as a kpop fan is exhausting and sad every single time. fans take time to get to know a group/ spend their money and if they're lucky see them in person the least you could do as a company is communicate

idk why but seeing the spread of kpop terminology (aegyo, ending fairy, jinja, akgae etc) in non kpop spaces kinda makes me laugh like i've seen it brought up in the world cup and with western actors and it's just funny seeing those terms applied where they aren't normally found
