@SwiggyCares Extremely disappointed with my recent order. The khichdi was full of excessive oil and completely inedible. Even after draining, a lot of oil remained. Taste was terrible. This needs immediate attention. Please arrange a full refund or replacement ASAP.

I request you to please reconsider and provide a full refund instead of a partial amount, as this issue is serious and the food quality was extremely poor. Kindly resolve this properly at the earliest.
