Won a ₹500 Frido coupon on CRED and was excited to buy their neck pillow on @frido_official. After applying the coupon, I saw an option to use ePay (looked like gift card use was allowed). Bought a ₹1000 voucher-turns out both can’t be used. Now ₹1K stuck. No help from CS team

@SwiggyCares Placed an order on Swiggy while being at home, but app mistakenly picked my office address instead of my home. My mistake as I dint notice until the order was out for delivery. Now I’m being charged full cancellation fee. Can you do something?

@Swiggy I understand the need for a cancellation fee, but this was an honest mistake. I was at home and expected the app to locate my current location. It usually happens that way. Given that I’m a One member, is der any way to reconsider the fee? I'd appreciate any help with this.Thanks
