35,500 INR. My question to the dealership and Tata Motors is what warrants such a massive estimation fee? Just because it was written in fine print somewhere dealerships expect customers to pay no matter what. Was there a cost to the company that justifies me paying 35,500 INR?

@sidlal This happened today at Cruiser India, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Hunter 350 booked in September. Today was delivery. Straight up we were shown a list of add-ons that included a 'mandatory' extended warranty. When I raised concern that an ex warranty cannot be mandatory they
should have felt pompous. They did everything that they should not have done. I was also informed about a hike in price. It was either the hiked price or an added extended warranty. Note: according to cc exec my purchase was supposed to be at the previously decided price.
