Xbox streaming fixed in REPL4Y PC, Android update will be next. If your 3rd party controller has been banned, you can use it with Xbox via REPL4Y.

@l3ordo REPLAY is being remade with Linux support right now so I'm not doing minor updates to the current app. I'll look into adding it to the new version.
