It's natural for jobs to become progressively simpler with time, and AI will massively accelerate this already existing trend.

A larger percentage of today's jobs can be done by middle school kids than 100 years ago, and an even larger percentage of future jobs will be able to be done by the middle school kids of the future.

As AI advances it will get better and better at understanding human intent, which means the number of people who can do any given job increases exponentially.

This also means the criteria for hiring will evolve as the pool of potential candidates explodes.

In my opinion, one of that criteria for differentiation will be likability.
