First order for my PL brand officially placed, time to build 🤩

[twist @twistfba]

@JeffSendsIt Definitely can see that especially with 10 properties, crazy numbers too with only 10, that’s great to see

[twist @twistfba]

@JeffSendsIt Will get that set up tonight, it does a good job keeping up with the local market?

[twist @twistfba]

@JeffSendsIt No I really need to, I’ve heard good things about price labs, any recs?

That’s why I simply set vrbos prices and don’t touch it lol

[twist @twistfba]

@JeffSendsIt I’ve heard the same with vrbo being used more by the older generation. Honestly don’t spend as much time on vrbo pricing so maybe that’s why, I prefer airbnbs ui on both the website and app much more though

[twist @twistfba]

Two samples I’m currently deciding between. Huge difference in color but the only change is the gummy on the left contains titanium dioxide

Definitely a more vibrant color but heavily leaning towards the darker gummy to simply avoid titanium dioxide providing a cleaner product

Anyone in the PL space specifically supplements have experience with obtaining a coa and submitting it? Getting ready to launch my first product and struggling with listing creation stuff.

[twist @twistfba]

@re_fba Just like any other booking, 3% fee.

Exactly how I understood it as well, paid the yearly subscription just need to get my listing finished up

[twist @twistfba]

@re_fba Do you need to draft your own lease for a furnishfinder rental or does platform handle it similar to Airbnb, had our Airbnb get a 6 month booking by a group of construction workers and mid term is definitely where it’s at
