@AmazonHelp Amazon is not taking any action on the seller.
Customers have to bear the issues for their fate by purchasing the devices with trust on Amazon.
Now I come to know that Amazon handshaked with Asus to sell defective products to people in India

I purchased asus laptop from Amazon on 19 Jan 2025 for 45k.
Invoice Number : HYD8-xxxxx02 
Order Date: 19.01.2025.
Asus is selling defective products and looting money from the people.
This is 3rd time, it's giving trouble within 6 months from dop. Please return my money back.

@AmazonHelp How many times will you repeat the same answer? As a platform provider for selller. Why don't Amazon take action in this scenario. This is 3rd time I am facing problem in 6 months with so called Asus superb laptop @amazonIN @ASUSIndia @ASUS

@AmazonHelp Warranty is provided but what is the use? With that warranty this is 3rd time in span of 6 months they are servcing. Do you give your laptop for repair every 1 month? If warranty over I need to pay for my fate for this defective piece until I use this stupid Asus product?

@AmazonHelp @ASUS @ASUSIndia @amazonIN @amazon Why don't you support until warranty period complets?. You just provide platform and make money and leave to the customer fate?. If it is one time issue and fixed its acceptable. In 6 months it's 3 to 4 times faced trouble.For each time they will take 7 to 10 days to give back
