@DJCoolPizza @Crerts10 @SouthwestAir It’s even worse that we were booked on a 10:10p flight, changed it 2 days ago to a 4:15p flight (and had to pay $198), and then had that flight cancel, only for them to put me on a Monday morning flight. No mention of refunding my $198. The 10:10p was cancelled too.

@Crerts10 @DJCoolPizza @SouthwestAir It was “cheaper” for us to stay in a hotel for 2 extra nights, pay for boarding the pups for 2 extra nights and pay for food than find a different flight on a different airline. @SouthwestAir What really sucks about these cancellations (besides not being told the real reason why) is how your website doesn’t know how to handle these. You send a link to “rebook” but it then gives an error that the reservation isn’t there. If we call, we’re on hold 2+ hours

@SouthwestAir If the cancellations were truly weather-related, other airlines would be cancelling as many flights as you, but they aren’t. Saying it’s weather-related simply means you don’t have to pay for our hotel room. I call B.S.
