Due to major access changes of the @TwitterAPI on March 30, 2023, we disabled our service for now. We're looking into options to re-enable our service hopefully soon.
We have been busy with some updates to the Twitter API so you can continue to build and innovate with us.
We’re excited to announce an extension of the current free Twitter API access through February 13. Here’s what we’re shipping then 🧵
As of today, it's possible to adjust the height of your Twitcker! To adjust your option, simply browse to https://t.co/r4TUYH4uMq, log in and change your height if you like.
Due to the discontinuation of the Twitter Realtime API, we're sorry to announce that we have to switch back to our near realtime updates of your tweets in August '18.
We completely rewrote our embedded code to provide even quicker tickers (up to 60% improvements)! If you applied customised CSS on your ticker, please update it accordingly to the structure mentioned on our FAQ page.
Twitcker is a free service with no hidden costs. Indeed we would appreciate if you would support us to cover the maintenance and server costs: https://t.co/4WPCzUJeas
Friendly reminder to update your ticker URL to start with https://t.co/zaGjt3ifQg instead of only https://t.co/r4TUYH4uMq. We plan stop serving tickers from the old URL soon, so please update the URL to the current one.
The #2 and most promising change is: We are currently testing #realtime ticker updates! Which means no more delays of several minutes until your ticker gets updated.
Two big changes went online today: #1 Your ticker settings are changeable on our website now after you login. The ticker JavaScript query parameters are ignored from now on. Don't worry, we saved all your ticker settings and no actions are required from your side.
