@caiqianc @katiesagaser @hstreff1025 This may quite literally be the best thing I have ever seen. It legitimately quantifies how much of a GCs time is spent on non paid activities (that we are expected to do!). This gives me a lot of feelings. Imagine if we actually got paid for that time.
