@ElPolloLoco I just did. I also did the survey and asked to be contacted and no one ever does. Your custmer service needs a lot of improvement. You cannot short change your customers hard earned money! It’s just wrong.

@ElPolloLoco ur store here in Henderson NV is super disappointing, ordered 12 leg/thigh but got 8 mixed. This has happened twice already this year!! I am not getting my money’s worth if ur store is shortchanging me. This is wrong!
