@Chantaljmsmith ... and that knowledge can include separating between well documented arguments, heavily debated ones, or new ones. But this is a bit into the future. ✨
@Chantaljmsmith As for the future, both on knowledge validation and identification taking outliers into account is going to be important. I think part of the answer lies in human/machine collaboration. The machine isn’t binary finding “THE TRUTH” but rather serving up relevant knowledge.
@Chantaljmsmith Thanks! And really good question! For now, our tools do not take into account certainty of research - only similarity. However, as we entirely bypass the citation system we avoid the major bias built into that, especially in emerging areas.
