@JioCare Jio Fiber service down for over 24 hours. Request SR00002M6DZY created yesterday and scheduled for today has VANISHED from my account. New request created today is scheduled for TOMORROW, which means over 48 hours of downtime. This is pathetic service.

@JioCare Provide an ETA to get this fixed. 4 hours? 12 hours? 1 week? There is another request that was created after the previous one disappeared - SR00003AOVBP. How do service requests "disappear" from your app? Every time there is an issue it takes days to be fixed.

@therepositorywp yo, might wanna look at the antispam settings on your site. it's WAY too aggressive blocking legitimate comments based on IP reputation (which is pretty dubious) is not a good idea. i literally cannot post a comment on the site or even use the contact form.
