It’s no surprise that Salah Sarsour is already free from ICE detention.

This is what happens when the Muslim Brotherhood has deep power inside American institutions. They don’t just have influence - they have the ability to protect their own, even after federal agents detain them.

Salah Sarsour is a notorious Muslim Brotherhood-linked operative.

He serves as president of Wisconsin’s largest mosque (the Islamic Society of Milwaukee) and sits on the national board of controversial American Muslims for Palestine (AMP).

On March 30, 2026, ICE agents detained him.

🚨Federal authorities pointed to his long record of terror ties, including:

🔺Serving 8 months in an Israeli prison in 1995 after being convicted of throwing Molotov cocktails at Israeli forces

🔺Close friendship with a Hamas military commander while locked up

🔺Being named in FBI memos connected to the Holy Land Foundation - America’s largest terrorism financing case

🔺Allegations that his Milwaukee business was used to move money for Hamas-linked figures

🔺 Less than three months later, on June 18, 2026, a federal judge ordered him released.

He is now back in Milwaukee while his deportation case drags on.

Why was he able to walk free so quickly?

I believe that his connections run high.

We already exposed photos of Sarsour standing with Jomana Jihad Qaddour, a Senior Syria Advisor at the U.S. State Department.

They go back years through the same Muslim Brotherhood-linked networks, including the Muslim American Society and the Viva Palestina convoy.

While Sarsour was in ICE custody, powerful Islamic voices, organizations, and operatives in his circle were already working to get him out.

Now he’s free again....

So now for the real story:

The Muslim Brotherhood has spent decades building networks inside mosques, nonprofits, universities, and the U.S. government. (Let's not forget the well-paid "think tanks" wielding massive power over our government)

When one of their key operatives gets detained, the machine kicks in - legal teams, pressure from high places, etc., who suddenly find reasons to release them.

Sarsour’s release from ICE detention is not an accident.

It is proof of how deep their power runs and how little real will exists to remove people with these kinds of connections.

They have penetrated too many levels of our system.

That’s why even when ICE acts, the Brotherhood can still get their people out.

This is what real infiltration looks like. And this is why we keep losing.

We continue to receive good news, but Yolanda is not out of the woods just yet. But we are 💯 getting there.

Her liver numbers have dramatically improved, but they are still very abnormal, and there are also signs of low albumin / poor protein status, mild kidney strain, and a metabolic acidosis pattern.

Her medical team is working hard 24/7 to lower the risk of sepsis. The goal is really to prevent infections, catch them early, and treat them fast. Sepsis is the body’s extreme response to an infection, and it is a medical emergency.
