I want to raise a concern on the product which I order through flipkart. I order Frontech 22inch monitor, I noticed there is a TILT option shown in the image but after receiving the product there is no TILT option.

After coming home I tried to return the product through portal initially i had difficulties to do so. After N less attempt finally I uploaded all images either my concern. But after few minutes I noticed my request was rejected . Which I totally unfair.

Instead you take the product and do return and I’ll come and take the product in the afternoon, since I am not much familiar in this process he took advantage and left the product to me.

I did a video call to my wife and verified the new monitor, I noticed they replaced with same monitor no difference. I said this is the same monitor and I don’t want. The delivery executive said sir you did a replacement not return so I can’t take.

I placed for return option but somehow it got changed as replacement in the portal. The delivery executive came with replacement of another monitor, I was at home I went to hospital for a doctor appointment.
