@FitbitSupport Thanks for your reply. Yes I have followed all of those steps and done them several times but it's still marked 😞 what do you advise now? It puts me off wearing it because it constantly looks dirty.

@FitbitSupport can you advise? My strap has is discoloured and I've cleaned it several times. Picture doesn't show clearly but it just looks permanently dirty! I've not had it long and I don't particularly want to spend money on replacing it ☹️
