@twittsatish @IndiGo6E @PieterElbers There is a complete collapse of system. The Mumbai Hyderabad flight 6E 5246 which was diverted to Bangalore took more than 4 hours to take off from Bangalore back to Hyderabad, which was, as per the Pilot, supposed to be a quick refuelling break.

An int-national trip trashed, misleading info at BLR about holding on the Colombo flight at Hyd, issuing wrong boarding passes to go back to BOM, family n kids sent back separately, chaos even after 18 hrs!😡
