Sure, you can keep going around dictating to people what they should and shouldn't do. You obviously know what is best for them...

I will spend my time helping the vulnerable people be better versions of themselves because I believe everyone has the ability to achieve. It also gives them a far more dignified existence than trying to wrap them up in "safety" blankets.

It's whether the public or private enterprise needs to be efficient.

You are right. Scamming someone is illegal for both individuals and companies. So it should be!

If you feel you are being exploited when you buy your iPhone, then I suggest you not buy it, lol.

People have the free will to review and comment on the business practices of a company, and consumers have the free will to decide what they buy based on these reviews.

Open discord will always be the optimal method to remove corruption and malice from the system.

Doesn't this just show that Americans make poor choices when it comes to their health?

What are you proposing? That we should mandate everyone to run 1 hour a hour, eat only meat, fruit, and vegetables, and work out 30 minutes a day. That would send this graph flying upwards after 20 years :-)

It's not the government's responsibility to make you healthy!
