A week and a half before October 7, 2023 UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from Abu Dhabi and spoke with him for 45 minutes.

In that conversation, bin Zayed warned that Hamas’ leader in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, was planning a major operation against Israel.

Bin Zayed urged Netanyahu to take the situation seriously. To his surprise, however, the prime minister reacted with relative calm. Netanyahu said that, in his assessment, Hamas intended to operate in the West Bank area, and he reassured bin Zayed that Israel was prepared for any scenario.

1,643 men with localized prostate cancer were randomized to surgery, radiation, or active monitoring.

Fifteen years later, deaths from prostate cancer:

Monitoring — 3.1%
Surgery — 2.2%
Radiation — 2.9%

P = 0.53.

No difference.
None.

Surgery and radiation halved metastasis and progression. It bought not one additional year of life.

A quarter of the monitored men were alive at 15 years having received no treatment at all.

Under standard care every one of them would have been cut or irradiated.

And every one would have been counted afterward as a life the treatment saved.

The men who were treated paid in incontinence, impotence, and bowel injury.

Here is the conclusion of the investigators themselves, in the New England Journal of Medicine:

"Depending on the extent of side effects associated with early radical treatments, more aggressive therapy can result in more harm than good."

That is Oxford. In NEJM. Reporting their own 15-year randomized trial.

The scandal is not that the treatments harm (and they do).

It is that the choice was never offered.

Four raw kidney beans will put an adult on the bathroom floor within three hours, and the slow cooker makes them five times worse.

The poison is phytohaemagglutinin. A lectin. The bean makes it so that anything eating it raw vomits the seed back out, which is exactly what happens: nausea within an hour, vomiting within three, then the other end, then a day in bed.

Raw red kidney beans carry 20,000 to 70,000 units of it. Properly boiled, 200 to 400. The difference is a hard boil for 10 minutes, and a hard boil is the one thing a slow cooker never does.

Cook the beans at 80 degrees for hours, the slow cooker's whole idea, and the toxin does not break down. It multiplies. Up to five times the raw dose, according to the FDA's own bug book, in a bean that looks cooked, tastes cooked and goes into a chilli that four people eat.

Britain logged 50 incidents between 1976 and 1989 and then stopped counting, because every one of them was the same story: a bag of dried beans, an overnight soak, a pot left on low, and a family ill by teatime.

The tin is safe because a factory boiled them for you, and the tin says ready to eat. The dried bag says soak and boil, in a font you need glasses for, under a picture of a farmhouse kitchen.

Nobody has ever needed to boil a steak for 10 minutes to stop it poisoning the table.

I figured out what they are doing with the dollar. They are swapping it. Push the old one out, pull a new one in, and the new one hurts Americans and pays the elite every time it moves.

Here is how it works:

Step 1: Weaken the physical dollar abroad through Tariffs, Trade wars. Create so much friction that countries stop using the dollar in trade. They move to local currencies, gold, other systems. The dollar index drops 12.6 percent in one year. Steepest decline in thirty years. BRICS accelerates away from dollar reserves.

That part looks like incompetence but if there is one thing Scott Bessent is not, it's incompetent.

Step 2: Ban the government from making a digital dollar. Trump issued an Executive order in January 2025. No federal agency is allowed to build one, so the public option...the competition to a private one, is dead.

Step 3: Pass the GENIUS Act. The law that creates a legal framework for private companies to issue digital dollars instead. And here is the key, the law requires every stablecoin issuer to hold reserves in short-term US Treasury bills. Lutnick and Bo Hines wrote the GENIUS Act to benefit Tether.

Fun fact: Howard Lutnick's Canto Fitzgerald owns 5% of Tether and Bo Hines left shortly after the GENIUS Act was signed to be CEO of 21st Century, Canto Fitzgerald's crypto arm that Tether now owns.

That means every digital dollar that gets minted automatically creates one dollar of mandatory demand for government debt. Unlike normal investors, stablecoin issuers are price-inelastic, they buy Treasuries regardless of yield because the law says they have to. Brookings projects $2.3 trillion in captive Treasury demand by 2030.

So you push the physical dollar out and countries stop buying Treasuries. Then you pull it back in through private digital dollars that are legally required to buy Treasuries instead.

Different dollar with the same control. Except now it is not a public system, it is a private one, and the private company at the center of it takes a cut on every dollar that moves. The private company is also incorporated in the BVI's so no regulator has jurisdiction.

That company is Tether. $183 billion in dollars running through it, $13 billion in profit last year. It has never passed an audit. Co-founded by Jeffrey Epstein's crypto advisor. Reserves custodied by the Lutnick's family firm. Protected by a law that was championed from inside the White House by a man who quit one month after it passed and became the company's CEO.

Scott Bessent said that stablecoin firms could buy up to $1 trillion in government debt. The European Central Bank warned this "effectively outsources parts of the national debt to the crypto sector."

So in turn, our dollar gets weaker, our groceries cost more, our 401k buys less, and every time that happens, demand for the private digital dollar goes up. They get richer and we absorb the cost.

That is the trade, and the people who set it up are the ones collecting on both sides.

Complicated. Miliband is certainly telling the talk more than his predecessors. And a settlement trade ban has indeed been “a core demand of the Palestine solidarity movement for many years, as a key basic step towards ending UK complicity with Israel’s violations of international law,” as @BenJamal48 says.
BUT the situation has changed—the Gaza genocide demands more radical action than this. The US & Israel will tear into Miliband for minor steps—rather like they did Starmer for not committing UK forces, although in reality he was enabling their illegal war.
Burnham may think that’s enough to see off @ZackPolanski, but it will not fundamentally threaten Israel’s across-the-board assault on Palestine, and the Greens will be ready to emphasise that.

Andy Burnham will announce a trade ban on Tuesday on Israeli settlements in the West Bank. He will say that Britain will not stand back and accept the “destruction of the two-state solution”

Burnham told President Trump about the proposed ban in a phone call on Monday. No 10 said the prime minister had stressed the importance of the two-state solution. The Trump administration is expected to make a statement attacking the decision

The intervention is one of Burnham’s most significant on foreign policy since he became prime minister. Ed Miliband, the foreign secretary, will announce the ban in the Commons

He will raise concerns that Israel’s plans for extra housing will in effect cut the West Bank in two and destroy any hope of a two-state solution, in which Israel and an independent Palestinian state would exist side by side

Israeli ministers are expected to retaliate against the sanctions. Downing Street confirmed on Monday that, since becoming prime minister, Burnham had not spoken to his Israeli counterpart, Binyamin Netanyahu

Miliband is also expected to announce sanctions against people involved in the Israeli settlements. Last year, Britain sanctioned senior Israeli ministers in response to “repeated incitements of violence against Palestinian communities”

The subject has divided Labour. Labour Friends of Israel, a group that includes senior Labour MPs and peers, has said that while it “strongly opposes” the settlements there is a risk that the trade ban will become a “de facto boycott” of Israel

However, more than 140 Labour MPs, about a third of the parliamentary party, signed a letter calling for the government to ban trade with Israeli settlements. Supporters are preparing to table a motion at Labour’s conference this month

A trade ban has strong support among Labour, Liberal Democrat and Green voters, the progressive alliance that Burnham is attempting to bring together before the next election. The majority of Labour and Liberal Democrat voters believe that Britain has been too friendly towards Israel, while the figure for Green voters is 62 per cent

The killing of a six years old Palestinian girl and her father as they were returning from school on her very first day should be front page news in major newspapers around the world.

A six years old girl. Her first day at school. Her first notebooks and pencils. Her first journey home, happy because she had finally become a schoolgirl. But that day became the last day of her life.

Imagine a little girl leaving school happy, sitting beside her father in their car, perhaps telling him about her teacher and classmates, and about the things she would write and draw in her new notebook. She was simply living a moment of childhood. She was on her way home.

Then the missile came.

Everything ended. She never reached home, never opened her notebook, never drew a picture, and never saw a second day at school. Her dream ended on its very first day. How can this be the fate of a six years old child? What did she do? What was her crime?

I saw her photos, and I felt a pain and helplessness I cannot describe. I do not want to become accustomed to seeing Gaza’s children like this, or to seeing their faces reduced to numbers. She was only six years old. Her biggest concerns should have been school and playing, not dying inside a car on her way home from her first day.

Imagine that she was your daughter. You dressed her for school, gave her her schoolbag, and said goodbye as she left happily. Then you waited for her to come home, only to receive the news that she had been killed. How could any parent live with that?

She is not just another name in a death toll. She was a six years old child with a name, a face, a father, dreams, and new notebooks. And if the circumstances of the attack are as reported, the question is clear: How can a six years old child returning from school be targeted inside a car?

Write about her. Share her story. Do not let her become another passing headline. Just as the world came to know the story of Hind Rajab, the world must know this six years old girl’s story too.

Israeli war minister says Israel preparing for 'total war' in West Bank

Hebrew media reports that Israeli War Minister Israel Katz and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have instructed Israeli occupation forces to prepare for the launch of a "total war" against senior officials and mechanisms of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and its affiliates "in order to swiftly bring about their complete defeat."

"We will not allow a return to the reality of a multi-year ongoing intifada as there was in the past, but rather we will launch a comprehensive campaign against the PA and all terror infrastructure in [the West Bank], including targeted eliminations of senior officials, the evacuation of residents from cities and villages from which terror activity is carried out, the elimination of terrorists, the destruction of all local terror infrastructure, and the [Israeli occupation forces] remaining in the evacuated territory—exactly as we did in the security zones in Gaza and Lebanon," Katz said.

💢 Jared Kushner claimed today that Gaza now has “one of the lowest malnutrition rates in the world” after the Trump administration “flooded” it with aid. That claim grossly misrepresents the UN’s findings.

🔸A recent UNICEF survey found one in eight children stunted, while only 22% of children aged 6 to 23 months received a minimally acceptable diet.

🔸WFP says 1.4 million Palestinians, 67% of Gaza, face Crisis-level hunger or worse. That means families have serious food gaps or can eat only by exhausting essential assets. Another 212,000 are in Emergency conditions.

🔸UN agencies expect 74,000 children to require acute-malnutrition treatment over the coming year and 25,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women to need nutritional support.

🔸Kushner also says he agrees with Israel on Gaza’s “end state.” His August 17 meeting with Netanyahu ended with an agreement allowing Israel to continue targeted strikes, Haaretz reported, and over 70 Palestinians, including many children (see post below) have been murdered since.

🔸 Now he is also obscuring the draconian Israeli restrictions that UN-backed aid agencies say continue to block essential food from entering Gaza, including fresh produce and watermelon.

A horrific expose on the murder of Palestinian prisoner Tha'er Abu Assab, a Palestinian prisoner at Ketziot prison by guards in November 2023 appeared in Haaretz today.

Among the most damning evidence in the case are the texts of one warden, Oshrit Aliga, who as you can see in the video inlcuded here was literally the poster child for the Israeli Prison Services. Here are the texts verbatim:

On the night Tha'er Abu Assab, was murdered, she texted a friend: "Sweetie, here is an update for you, he's dead now." She added that she was "very happy and satisfied, but it's a mess right now. There was a lot of blood and they broke them."

Follow-up clarification to her friend:

"It'll be fine, I'm glad it happened. I'm ready to put my career on the line for this, I'm at peace with it, all of us are. The commander knew something like this would happen. he told us in the briefing and also asked, whoever feels they can't handle it should say so, because he really wanted to break them. I'm really fine, but you know how it is, investigations and all that mess."

WhatsApp exchange with her friend, December 2023 (re: new detainees arriving):
"They brought some Amalek-son whores down in the middle of the street, sitting there on the ground with just underwear and blindfolds on. I'm already getting myself and the shift ready to receive them for Shabbat, we will give them a proper Shabbat reception."

Responding to her friend's joke about her baton: "My club is fine, after a fair number of disinfections."
"Imagine me and you in a cell with two prisoners cuffed hand to hand, and the shift commander tells us 'go ahead, cut loose', sweetie, I swear you'd have enjoyed it here with me."

When her friend asked if she physically hits them: "I wish I had a way to prove it to you, to show you something, I swear to you, sis, I break them apart. You've never known me like this. [This is] routine. [When the] next round comes, if I haven't cracked one of his kidneys, as far as I'm concerned I'm not going into the wing."

WhatsApp exchange with her domestic partner, corrections officer Tamer Trudi, same month:
"We got another 70 whores from October 7th. Each one of course got a personal welcome, and some got a joint one because of the [limited] supply of handcuffs."

After Trudi replied "Haha, how nice that there's always a welcome": "And since we were already tired from hitting them, the commander took off his belt and undid it on them. And the screaming , like females — at minimum they're a punching bag."

Watch the video to see her enthusiastic physical training that allows her to murder and torture inmates. She has not been charged for her crimes despite the overwhelming evidence, though others have for that murder.
