@AleeAuriemma @fia Its always a green flag AFTER the incident to indicate that the track is clear "from this point on". There is another yellow flag earlier to warn the driver BEFORE they arrive at the incident.
Additionally, the green is not constant, so you can assume there was a yellow earlier.

@mercsogyny I think the issue is really with the tyre. They seem to suffer from really bad thermal degredation, meaning the attacking car often has to pull back to protect an overheating tyre. Tyre degredation is good for strategy, but the thermal degredatuon is just frustrating.
