@fhjade_ @FHChat Thankfully I've learnt to get contracts out and signed (where I can pin them down if course!) before the New Year. I then tell them I'll get in touch to sort deposits and confirm start dates.

Haven't worked out when to stop in every area of my life tbh 🤣
