Internet still slow though, around 350Mbs on a 1Gbs service. At least 2 weeks now...
@robwgill1@youfibre@JeremyChelot It seems @youfibre have something of a black hole when it comes to support calls. I've logged the telephone issue and slow Internet numerous times this week and they never come back despite promises

@robwgill1@JeremyChelot@youfibre We're the same. No phone since Wednesday (GL53) and no update from YouFibre, despite logging it. Having worked on service desks myself I know how frustrating it is if people log things again and again. But when you get no feedback....

However, landline is completely dead. Friend in town centre says the same. Will have to try rebooting ONT soon but homework time now so not convenient.
