as many may or may not know, it is no secret that @cecileemeke is a survivor of instance of lapd police brutality that occured after directing @HOORAEMedia @HBO @insecurehbo season 1, episode 2 that took place in venice beach in 2016.

@cecileemeke currently sits on the board of @shapearts, a disability-led organisation dedicated to increasing accessibility across the cultural sector, as a living artist that continues to battle symptoms of complex post traumatic stress disorder to this day, ten years, since the incident occurred at her @Airbnb at age 24.
