Here is a collection of 38 phrases of natural expression in संस्कृतम् used by कालिदास in his famous drama अभिज्ञानशाकुन्तलम् ।

I was surprised to observe the similarity of expressions used even in today's parlance.

Add these to your Sanskrit vocabulary and speak Kālidāsa.

Chaitanya..i grew up poor .. without sanskrit.. gold language ..makes more to understand sanskriti..though i read lines without understanding meaning of the same ..but always feel superb aroma .. chaitanya you are really rich..thanks fir sharing kalidas ...
