@Muqadaam Hello from Australia. Hope these photos and greeting bring you Sunshine to burst that awful black cloud I know too well. Meet Mac and Loki. They are both orphaned joeys in our care. They are doing well and will be released back into the wild later next year hopefully. πΌπ»
@4allwildlife So gorgeous! β€ My friends run a sanctuary near me and find that most of their released roos (rescued as joeys) come back regularly. Safety, food, trust. They also had a release come back recently with her joey. So exciting for the human grandparents! π
@jonolineen1 Oh Jono. β€ Thank you so much. This means the world to me because right now we feel very alone. Would help if I reach out to my siblings but that would mean answering a lot of unnecessary questions and listening to unwanted neurotypical advice. π€£
@Irma_Gold So true. I wish I didn't listen to my locum music teacher who knew nothing about me when I told her I wanted to teach music. Should have listened to myself!
No injuries and he was still sleeping β probably had no idea this had happened! She popped him straight back where she found him, covered him with enough soil. But no weed. ;-)
Photo: my daughter got a little surprise while weeding. A large weed must have grown over the top of this bearded dragon where he slept for the winter. So when she plucked out the massive weed, he came along with it!
@What_WasISaying And I discovered why I listened to an audio book on time management 6 times! Because I kept zoning out. And I finally realised why my time management of EVERYTHING totally sucked. Then I found ways around it that suit *me*, not your average neurotypical. π
@What_WasISaying Upon diagnosis, I found a different kind of energy. A new step in my walk. I finally felt self-confident and amazing. Before I this felt dumb. Having realised I accomplished so many things, *I* was amazing! I couldn't wait to tell the world! Everything finally made so much sense!
