So frustrating that I place an @AppleSupport order, for a gift, for collection from late July. It arrives 3 weeks early with no way to change it. Three chats later, extending a collection date is outside everyone's scope. I literally just want to collect it when my invoice said.
@Translink_QLD Is the 11.16am outbound 340 cancelled? It seems like the 340 has been running late in both directions all day. Not great for a hospital line! 🫤
So I order a gift from @AmazonAustralia 9 days ago. For tomorrow. It's scheduled to arrive between 7/5 and 11/5. They send on 9/5. After I chat to them, they say 'But the time changed after you ordered' and if I want it on time, I should contact Couriers Please myself. For real?
Nope, @scispace chat then turns human and uses passive aggressive smiley faces and says that parts of their site are old (effectively, "We don't update our site, lol, but now we will, lol"). Is this why people are avoiding it lately or some other reason?
Speaking to @scispace on their AI-manned support chat is soul-destroying. It has been 25 minutes and I've had a few cut/paste replies and gotten nowhere so far.
@auspost Heads up that I don’t think the QR scanner at the Aspley Hypermarket parcel lockers isn’t working (it needs code and phone number). It didn’t work for the person immediately in front of me either. The lines for the post shop are out the door so I figured here was better.
I can’t even load a speedtest (though when it did load earlier, the download was 0.7 and the upload was 0.00, before randomly jumping to 212 and 19.7 for a little bit).
How is my @iiNet internet so patchy? It’s dropped out on and off for a few weeks. Now just doesn’t load sites most of the time on my laptop or phone. Another laptop works, TV works…just none of my devices. Reset, safe moded, restarted, updated. The only device currently online.
Why on earth is @EBGamesAus trying to charge three different delivery fees (for a total $18.85 delivery for one pair of socks, two decks of cards and a small figurine) for a single order? Literally, the $4 socks alone have a $8.95 delivery fee.
So. I subscribed to @ShopBackAU and have spent the last 10 minutes in an endless chatbot loop, with no option to ask any specific question. This is the 'priority customer service'?! Literally just want to ask why Temu says 45% but the upgraded is only 20%.
@envato Dumb question. Is the per month membership able to be a month-by-month contract? It has an ‘annual cost’ underneath, but I cant tell if it is only that price per month if you sign up to an annual contract.
I was keen for the @flexcil education account...until I realised it was only for education organisations (schools/districts), not for individual teachers. My district would never :(.
Has anyone recently received a @Casetify phone case that seems to have had the 'new' sticker removed and reattached? The text is upside down, it is almost entirely bubbled, and it's not aligned with the case. I've messaged them, but it's Christmas, so they haven't replied yet.
@Casetify I replied on Thursday and checked back as we haven't heard back. It looks like it just gave me an automated reply - I gave the details but it says "Sorry I couldn't answer your question. Would you like to speak to our customer service representative so we can better assist you?"
