How Did Britain’s Grooming Gangs Ever Get Started?

The scope of Britain’s grooming gang scandal is breathtaking. As many as 250,000 British girls, and possibly even more were raped, tortured, trafficked, and more. The perpetrators were overwhelmingly Muslim males, mostly migrants from Pakistan, who looked to Islamic texts and teachings to justify these heinous crimes. Because they believed that Allah himself had sanctioned the seizure and use of infidel women as sex slaves, they didn’t think there was anything shameful about their behavior, and sometimes fathers, uncles, brothers and sons would all participate in a rape gang together.

It is difficult, if not impossible, for Western non-Muslims to comprehend this kind of thinking, but it must be done if Britain or any other Western country is ever going to take serious steps to prevent this sort of thing from continuing to happening. And so it is useful to explore the teachings of an Egyptian Muslim cleric, Abu Ishaq al-Huwayni, who in May 2011 offered an elaborate Islamic theological justification of the sexual enslavement of non-Muslim women. It was, he explained, all part of the jihad against the infidels.

KAVANAUGH JUST OPENED THE DOOR

Yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling on birthright citizenship saw the majority strike down Trump’s executive order. Justice Kavanaugh agreed on the outcome but wrote separately with a key clarification.

He stated the order did not violate the Fourteenth Amendment. It only conflicted with the existing federal statute that uses nearly identical language on citizenship at birth.

Kavanaugh then laid out the path forward. Congress can amend that statute or pass new legislation to establish exceptions to birthright citizenship for children born to foreign citizens who are unlawfully present or only temporarily in the country. He said this would be consistent with the Constitution.

The 14th Amendment’s “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” clause was never intended to grant automatic citizenship in every case of birth on US soil. Wong Kim Ark involved children of legal residents. Unlawful or temporary presence raises a different question.

For years the current setup has created clear incentives. People enter illegally or on temporary status knowing a US-born child gains citizenship that can anchor future claims. That dynamic rewards violations of the law and adds real pressure on public resources.

A sitting Supreme Court justice just confirmed Congress holds the power to address this through ordinary legislation without amending the Constitution itself.

The roadmap exists. Lawmakers have the authority and now the explicit guidance from the bench.

In 711 AD, Islamic forces crossed into Spain.
By 732 AD, they had pushed all the way into France.
That is where Charles Martel met them at the Battle of Tours and stopped the advance into Western Europe.
Some historians consider it one of the most decisive battles in world history.
So when people talk about the Crusades without mentioning the 400 years before them, they are not giving you history.

They are giving you a narrative.
Were the Crusades complicated?
Of course.
Were Christians perfect?
No.

But the idea that the Crusades were some random act of Christian aggression is historically dishonest.
The real story begins long before 1095.

And once you know what happened before the Crusades, the entire conversation changes.

They buried this.
Now you know.

A 2017 study by Dr. Robert Naviaux tested the century-old drug Suramin (originally for African sleeping sickness) in a small group of children with autism.

In that tiny randomized trial, a single low-dose IV infusion was associated with improvements in core symptoms — language, social interaction, eye contact, and repetitive behaviors — in the treatment group. These changes were not seen with placebo. The researchers tied it to the “Cell Danger Response” hypothesis.

Should we be investing more aggressively in follow-up research?

Absolutely — if the science holds up, this could be worth exploring properly. Repurposing existing drugs is often cheaper and faster than developing brand-new ones, yet it frequently gets underfunded. Is the slow progress just normal bureaucracy and funding priorities… or is something else getting in the way?
