@curryspcworld This is beyond a joke now. I was told on Thursday I'd be getting an email that day. Still nothing! Almost 24 hours waiting for a @TeamKnowhowUK agent to reply! FUMING! You've had stock for 4 days now AND I could have ordered for delivery yesterday! Fulfil my order!

@curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK Surprise, surprise! Despite being told I'd receive an email yesterday regarding the collection of my 2-week-old monitor order which you received 250 stock of 2 days ago. I don't have one! 🤬

Yesterday I could've ordered one for deliver today.

@curryspcworld Get your act together. It's been over a week since my order was supposed to be delivered for collection in store and I've heard nothing other than the useless tidbits I've squeezed from you whilst on hold twice for a total of about 2 hours. #AwfulCustomerService

@curryspcworld handy customer service tip. Don’t tell a customer the item has “been picked” when it’s OUT OF STOCK (you didn’t tell me at the time of ordering either.) It’s not possible to pick an item (from your warehouse) that you don’t have! #MoneyGrab

@curryspcworld How long does it take for a small item to transition from picked to dispatched to store? It's been almost 48 hours. I've had no comms since order confirmed despite the delivery to store being 2 days overdue now! #PoorCustomerService
