Great to be a part of the @sidemen Charity Match at @LondonStadium, where https://t.co/FjstYONppd delivered over 60,000 digital mobile tickets to fans. https://t.co/bU88ERhOkC
Great interview with Richard Gould in SportBusiness today, focusing on the government approach to sport during Covid-19. We also get a mention for our role in the T20 match with fans at The Kia Oval last week.

Great article in @eventnewsblog detailing how https://t.co/FjstYONppd has extended app functionality to aid track and trace (COVID-19) https://t.co/YIlna1cxd6
We are proud to be a part of the @surreycricket pilot events, helping them adhere to @GOVUK guidance for contactless access using digital ticketing technology #trackandtrace#COVID19
@Darrenm67626211 Hi Darren. For event information and refunds, please contact the box office from where you purchased the tickets and I'm sure they'll be able to help. If you need any further information on this then please let me know. Thanks, Tim
Another great event using https://t.co/FjstYONppd mobile tickets. Over 80 Oxford and Cambridge vendors sold thousands of @VarsityMatch tickets using https://t.co/FjstYONppd, with fans receiving their tickets immediately and securely on their phones #NoPaper#ApplePay#GooglePay
@DrHydeous The app is quicker than that, but the main problem is the PDF barcode displayed on a phone is hard to scan. As you may know, making the barcode large (but not going off the edge of the screen) and turning the brightness up should help with this. Hope you have a great event.
@DrHydeous Ah, but the delay accumulates. If you're at the back of a 10 person queue and it takes 30 seconds to scan each ticket then you'll be waiting 5 minutes. If the scan time is reduced to 10 seconds it will take 1 minute 40 seconds. The latter is much better customer service.
@DrHydeous The emails we send out are transactional (in response to a ticket purchase) but we are currently implementing a "don't send me emails" link. If you'd like to block your email now, please email [email protected] and we'll be more happy to do this. Hope this helps.
@DrHydeous As mentioned, you can show PDF tickets on your phone - but this is generally much slower than using the app, which automatically displays a large 2D (not small 1D) barcode and optimises the screen brightness to help ensure quick entry.
Never forget: Mobile ticketing apps are critical infrastructure, upon which successful events will increasingly depend. This is a role https://t.co/FjstYONppd takes very seriously.
At https://t.co/FjstYONppd, we continuously track app and mobile network performance to ensure the highest levels of ticket deliverability, with any issues identified and addressed at the earliest opportunity.
At https://t.co/FjstYP50gL, we believe we can always do better. But when we get feedback like this, it suggests weโre on the right track!
Feedback is from an independent tester at a recent trial at a major UK stadium.
It's great to see the step change in email deliverability since our work in May; improving the service and security for https://t.co/FjstYONppd customers.
https://t.co/FjstYONppd emails are now secured using DMARC; ensuring spoofed emails are rejected whilst increasing the deliverability of emails to our customers.
