@kevin_mcneely @MattRisinger Ouch! One of the biggest concerns our customers have is that we are using HVAC units that are too small. For 2500 sq ft Barndominiums, we typically use 3 tons. Some customers are expecting a 5 ton or bigger. Once they understand the benefits of air tight home they are happy.

@MattRisinger We use seal tape on the perimeter of our barndominiums where metal frame meets the floor and foam closures everywhere else. Is there an air sealing solution that can be sprayed besides closed cell foam?
