Convenience used to mean fast and easy. Now it also means fresh and high quality.
At TXB, we’re focused on made-to-order food people actually look forward to. Convenience is evolving, and we’re evolving with it.
#MemorialDay is often spent with friends and family, and that time together matters. It’s also a time to remember those who gave their lives in service to our country. We’re grateful for their sacrifice.
To the graduates stepping into the real world, congratulations! A little advice - you don’t need it all figured out. Show up, work hard, and be someone others can count on. The habits you build early will take you further than any title.
What started as a small event has grown into something much bigger. Over the years, we’ve raised more than $1.25 million to support @TexasCASA and the incredible work they do for children in our communities.
Thirty years in, and it still matters just as much.
The 100 days of summer are here! Road trips, busy families, and more time on the go. This is when convenience matters most.
At TXB, we focus on fast service, clean stores, and food customers can count on. We’re part of the journey.
Teachers shape the next generation of leaders and problem solvers. At TXB, we believe supporting educators is one of the best investments a company can make. Strong schools help build strong communities. #TeacherAppreciationWeek
Clean stores don’t happen by accident. They start with leadership. What leaders walk past, teams accept. At TXB, cleanliness is part of the experience. It starts at the top and shows up on every shift.
Growth is exciting. But consistency is harder. Opening stores is one thing. Delivering the same service, quality, and experience in every location is what defines a brand. At TXB, growth only works if every store meets the standard. Every day. Every customer.
After decades of dedication, we’re grateful to celebrate Leona Fine and Kay Mealer as they retire. They built lasting relationships, developed leaders, and shaped TXB in ways that will continue for years to come. Wishing them the very best in their next chapter.
Frisco is growing fast, and we’re excited to be growing right alongside it. I’m proud to share that TXB opened a new store in Frisco, and we can’t wait to welcome new guests and new team members into the TXB family.
A great convenience store location isn’t just about traffic counts. It’s about the community around it. At TXB we look for towns where relationships matter and people rely on local businesses every day.
Retail can get complicated fast. New products, tech, and promotions add up quickly. But I’ve learned simplicity wins. Customers want clean stores, friendly people, great food, and fast service. The challenge is doing the basics exceptionally well.
Convenience retail has evolved. Customers want food that’s quick, fresh, and high quality. At TXB we believe convenience should never mean settling for less. If we wouldn’t serve it to our families, it doesn’t belong in our stores.
Opening a new TXB store takes months, even years of planning. Site selection, construction, hiring, training, stocking shelves. But the most important ingredient is the team. A building becomes a great store when the right people bring it to life.
Congrats to our TXB team in Three Rivers for being named Business of the Month by the @ThreeRiversCofC. Proud of Store Manager Lorin Richardson and the team for showing what it means to be a good neighbor and serve the community every day. https://t.co/muuc6MAM2c
Nathan’s TXB story started as a high school cashier in Bonham more than 20 years ago. Today he is our HR Director, building a workplace that feels like home and creating training programs that help entry level team members grow into leaders. Proud to have him on our team.
Big things are happening at TXB. We recently revamped our Laredo store with the updated TXB look and feel. We're excited to see how our team in South Texas will Leave 'Em Better in 2026!
Fresh, made in store food is a big part of what makes TXB different. We keep the favorites like chicken tenders and tacos consistent because trust matters, but we are always testing new options too. If it delivers on taste and guests love it, we scale it.
At TXB, private label can’t feel like the cheaper option. It has to earn our name. We start with what guests love, source with trusted partners, and keep quality control non-negotiable. Private label should feel like an upgrade.
