One of my weirdest takes is that the people who drop someone off at the store then go park in the front of the parking lot and wait for them to be done are menaces to society

I’m on my lunch break rn PLEASE tell me why I’m the only coordinator closing on the Saturday of back to school weekend. We are so understaffed that they had to pull a cashier off the register to close the floor but you know damn well they were fully staffed yesterday

See here’s the thing… if I’m the only one that comes to the front end when they need backup, I can’t get my own stuff done and my breaks are always gonna be late. So WHY would all of my coworkers take their breaks at the same time I go to mine??

Which makes me cut my break short because the front end is inevitably gonna need help again and because I already had to take my break late I am always the one that has to respond
