you’ll be forced to wake up early, learn to focus and work on your mental, physical & spiritual health

you’ll grow so much in a span of a few months that it’ll literally make you look different

it’s impossible to 180 your life by setting mundane goals for yourself

the subconscious knows its too easy and it doesn’t kickstart the motivation engine because the task at hand is simply not challenging enough
