Let me be crystal clear about the Uvalde school murders. This is not the fault of the schools, the teachers, the SRO’s or the parent or community. Don’t look for someone to blame there !!! Ed’s love your kids w/all their hearts and they do everything to protect them…period !!
@BethMooreLPM I needed this encouragement. I sent a friend a text tonight saying that I'm back to square 1...but I'm not. It's a journey and a process.
@BethMooreLPM As a 20+ year public school teacher and administrator, I'm devastated and heartbroken. I can't imagine ever recovering from this if it were my school.
Dear @SBCHouston Instead of just voting, I recommend you become involved. Volunteer. Become a certified teacher. Substitute. Instead of running from public ed, flood it with support! Sincerely, A Christian Serving in the Largest Home Mission Field Available
A suggestion: Please reach out to someone you know who's in need, who is sick, lonely, mourning, or in pain. Say hello. Talk to them, and even more importantly, listen. If you are one of these people, please reach out to others for help. Small acts can make a big difference.
Reminder that it is not too much for us to require our state leaders to actually lead.
That is, solve issues that impact Texans-- like "making suitable provision" for #txed-- instead of concocting stunts & lies to rile up their shrinking political base.

But that doesn’t mean you heard wrong.
