@gunpolicy Red flag laws are interesting to me. All states already have laws for emergency detention when a person is an imminent threat to themselves or others. Red flag laws supposedly have the same standard, but only remove one weapon that could be used and don't try to treat the problem

@RogerSeheult Ah, but the obesity, diabetes, and stroke all come from the sedentary desk job performed during all daylight hours. And the seasonal depression comes from never seeing the light of day as commutes to and from that work are in complete darkness all winter under standard time.

Once the defense explains away the fingerprints, dna, video evidence, cell phone location data, partial plate id, conversation with a local pd officer after the fact, and messages/posts to his roommate and friends, there is no evidence he was there. /s
