@KaseyaCorp I can't DM you, unfortunately. Oddly enough your support got back to me after your response to say it's a "known issue" that they are working on and now the ticket is "On-Hold". 😑
@KaseyaCorp I've had a ticket open with your support for over 5 weeks - we have mailboxes that are not backing up. Is this your standard support experience? We're now evaluating other backup solutions - your product isn't working, and your support is non-responsive.

@ATVIAssist Every time Modern Warfare 2 launches, it sends me through the first-launch setup and I lose all customizations. I've reinstalled, scanned/repaired, rebooted, etc. What else can I do?
